We deploy Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to minimize manufacturing costs while making efficient use of board space. Our ESD Protected Area is equipped with ESD combo testers, ESD Ionizer bars and ESD Snake Bar Ionizer etc. Facilities including 8kW/Low Speed Dyno, up to 30 kW Dyno (500 Nm/10,000 Rpm), 45 kW Dyno (200 Nm), Environmental chamber and Vehicle Test Track, enable us to deliver a wide range of zero-defect products on time to our customers.

Hipot Test (High Potential or High Voltage test) indicates the ability of the insulation to withstand high voltage.
An Insulation Resistance (IR) test that measures the total resistance between any two points separated by electrical insulation.
End Of Line (EOL) Test verifies the performance of the MCU on load (vehicle) condition. It also checks parameters such as peak current and module temperature after loading.
