The emergence of Electric Vehicles marks a global shift towards a sustainable future of mobility. Our wholly owned subsidiary Sterling Gtake E-mobility Ltd offers a versatile and most extensive spectrum of Motor Control Units (MCUs) for EV manufacturers.

Mr Atul Aggarwal, 58, has steered Sterling Tools Ltd to several milestones of financial success. A Master in Business Administration (MBA) from UNC Kenan Flagler Business School, Chapel Hill, USA, he brings more than three decades of experience in Business Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Finance, IT & Human Resource and Strategic Sourcing to the company.
Recognizing the high degree of competence and dedication with which he has handled his various responsibilities and aiming to have him at the helm of the company’s success, our shareholders re-appointed him as whole Time Director in the Annual General Meeting held on 25th September, 2020 for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 1st April 2021. He is also a member of STL’s Share Transfer Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee and a Special Invitee of the Audit Committee.
Under the leadership of Mr Atul Aggarwal, STL has posted an astounding turnover improvement, higher growth than the industry average and a sharp rise in its Credit Ratings. He has also enabled a major ramp increase in Sterling Gtake E-Mobility Ltd and a sustainable increase in sales to our major OEM customers.
Some of the recent awards we received thanks to his vision and guidance include Best Supply Chain award from VECV besides the 4M change management award and the Silver award for best performance in Quality from Ashok Leyland Limited.

Mr Jaideep Wadhwa, 58, was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Sterling Tools Ltd vide the Board Meeting held on 7th February, 2019.
An MBA from the University of Virginia, he has more than 32 years of industry experience with over 24 years as Executive Director, CEO, Managing Director or President in various organisations. He has been associated with diverse industries such as Machinery, Auto & Industrial Component, Packaging as well as Private Equity. His expertise in growth, operational improvements, new business model development, acquisitions & integration and turnarounds adds an extra dimension to STL’s growth story.
His appointment on the board of the company provides strategic guidance to achieve domestic as well as international business development and enables STL to diversify and develop new business avenues through collaborations and acquisitions in India and worldwide
Under his guidance, Sterling GTAKE E-Mobility Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling Tools Ltd, has increased the production volume of MCUs by 25K to 30K in a short span of time and achieved localizations of MCU production up to PCB level. He has also enabled SGEM to acquire several new customers, all major OEMs in the E-Mobility domain.

The Board of directors of Sterling Tools Ltd, in their meeting held on 2nd August 2019, appointed Mr Akhill Aggarwal as an Additional Director of the company. He is designated as Board Member on various Sterling Group companies.
A Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Richmond, Mr Akhill Aggarwal has over 12 years of experience in the automobile business and other allied fields. He is currently handling the marketing functions of the company. His expert management of STL’s marketing strategies has ensured the company’s sustained growth and a thriving business relationship with our OEM partners and customers. His business acumen adds value to all our endeavours and future growth ventures.

a third-generation entrepreneur, brings a wealth of expertise in developing and manufacturing products for the automotive industry. Holding degrees from the University of Warwick and Imperial College Business School, London, he supervises new initiatives at Sterling Tools Limited and plays a crucial role as a Director and Board observer in Sterling Gtake E-Mobility Limited.
Additionally, Mr. Aggarwal serves as a Director on the Board of Sheeva Connected India Private Limited, engaged in the space of vehicle commerce and monetization. His multifaceted role also includes serving as a Director of Sterling Automobiles, a reputable car dealership in Delhi NCR.

Mr. Rakesh Batra's educational qualifications reflect a strong foundation in both engineering and management. He is B. Tech graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and have attained a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and MBT (Master of Business & Technology) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Mr. Rakesh Batra served as Partner and leader of Automotive Sector with EY India. He brings significant management and consulting experience of 40+ years in the Automotive, Industrial equipment and manufacturing industries with the corporate strategy, supply chain and business transform. Mr. Rakesh Batra holds the position of an Industry Expert and Independent Director on the Board of leading Automotive Companies in both the United States and India.

A highly accomplished individual, holds a master's degree in E&TC and possesses extensive experience in the automotive domain, spanning over 40 years. Her expertise covers areas such as vehicular safety, air quality, R&D, E-mobility, and green technologies. Having retired as the Director at the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), her leadership was instrumental in establishing key facilities, including the Center of Excellence in E-Mobility and the Homologation & Technology Centre. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, she has received several awards, including the prestigious Nari Shakti Puraskar 2019, presented by the Hon'ble President of India.

Mr. Shailendra Swarup, aged 77 years, holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and is also a law graduate. He is a Corporate Lawyer and has also been practicing as an Advocate in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court for over 56 years. He is acting as an Independent Director on the Board of various listed as well as unlisted entities. Mr. Swarup was a Member of the Task Force on Corporate Governance constituted by the Confederation of Indian Industry. He was a member of Ganguly Committee constituted by the Reserve Bank of India in the year 2002 on Corporate Governance of public sector Banks and financial institution with particular emphasis of role of Independent Directors.

Mr. Vijay Madhav Paradkar is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and holds a Master's in Management Studies. He has also undergone Executive Programs of American Institutions such as Ross Michigan School of Business at Michigan, Harvard Business School, Boston & New York Institute of Finance NYC.
He has overall experience of 36 years of in the areas of Institutional & Corporate Finance, Funds Management as a Fund Manager and Proprietary Fund & Venture Fund, Investment Banking and M&A. In his tenure of last 12 years, Mr. Vijay was the Vice President & Head of Merger and Acquisition at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, where he was responsible for all M&A and Disinvestments, and PE investment activities of the Group.

With over four decades of extensive experience, Sanjiv Garg has been instrumental in transforming visionary concepts into successful, scalable ventures across diverse industries.
As the founder of JindalX and co-founder of Wisdom Analytics Inc., he has driven operational excellence and technological innovation, notably in AI/ML-based SaaS platforms. He has a proven track record of operational excellence, having founded and led companies in sectors including process management, software development, greenfield initiatives, and technological innovations.
