Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Familiar with Production & manufacturing process in forging & rolling.
- Knowledge of fasteners & related process.
- working knowledge of computer in excel & power point.
- Knowledge of Quality circle,5-s, lean etc.
- Daily production planning
- Having good knowledge of cold Forging / rolling / CNC/ CLG / Tooling exp.
- Good knowledge of computer - PPT / Excel/Word / AutoCAD
- Good presentation skill
- Production, Manpower planning in the section.
- Driving Improvement activities in Department.
- Involvement in new part development in section.
- Daily disposal of rejection/rework
- Control of consumables in section.
- To Provide on job trainings to new contractual employees including safety and quality.
- Work for elimination of abnormalities
- Driving & Involvement in improvement/ Kaizen activities
