Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for routine, breakdown, and Preventive Maintenance. of Forging and Heat Treatment equipment's.
- Responsible for Breakdowns analysis (why why analysis).
- Focus Area M1, M2, M3, HT, HT ASRS, Lab, tech Centre -Spares management and Resolve PLC - Related modifications / breakdown issues of all areas where required, related documents updation like PM check sheets, history cards, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area. Safety - Eliminate unsafe conditions on the shop floor to ensure zero accidents. Quality - Provide new poka-yoke / repair existing poka-yoke as per feedback from production/quality departments, review, and revise maintenance check points as and when required.

- Btech qualified with 15+ years of work experience.
