Key Roles and Responsibilities
Complete knowledge of Plant accounting and preparing monthly & annual Balance Sheet.
· Hands on experience in handling statutory Audits (LRs and year end audit with Big4)
· Budget and variance analysis (ownership required)
· Working knowledge of INDAS and GST
· Good exposure of routine accounting, payable, General accounting & Books keeping
· To make monthly reports /MIS/Cash flow statement
· Very Good on Compliances (Timing and accuracy)
Essential Functional Requirement
· Sound Knowledge in Excel mandatory
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and logical ability along with leadership skills.
· Ability to present his/her plant performance in monthly review meetings with top management.
SAP knowledge must.
