· Monitoring Dealer network sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of business targets through the dealers.
· Recognizing and establishing financially strong and reliable dealers for deeper market penetration; providing training & direction to channel partners for ensuring quality performance.
· Responsible for influencing & ensuring delivery of annual target from assigned channel partners.
· Enhancing addressability, deeper market penetration and higher extraction by rightly mapping distribution networks and helping distributors to achieve goals set by the company.
· Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the channel/zone; develop sales targets for the clusters within the channel/zone.
Territory management:
· Turning around underperforming territories to leverage untapped potential to maximize sales opportunities through channel sales.
· Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with zonal/regional teams for continuous development.
· Management and development of network in assigned territory along with responsibilities such as prospecting, establishing channel partners, setting objectives, ensuring partners meet established objectives.
