Key Roles and Responsibilities
Will lead end to end HR & Admin activities for the unit including and not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement
Ensure process compliance to HR policy / procedures at the unit.
Work seamlessly with cross functional teams on plant level initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining the company's compliance files for local state and federal labour guidelines and laws.
Responsible for Buyer Audits & Compliance audit and presenting the results to management.
Industrial Relations
Grievance handling, Resolution/prevention of industrial disputes
Disciplinary action under labour law & factories Act-1948
Welfare measures, Health, Canteen and safety, Transports etc.
