Mr. Anil AggarwalPromoter Director

Mr. Anil Aggarwal is the Managing Director of the company. A graduate with a degree in Commerce, he has more than 28 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, administration, product and project development and quality control for fasteners. At present, he is charge of the entire manufacturing operations and Strategic Sourcing function. He is primarily responsible for building long-term business relationships with major automobile manufacturers.

Mr. Atul AggarwalPromoter Director

Mr. Atul Aggarwal is the Whole time Director of the company. A graduate with a degree in Commerce, he obtained his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - a top-ranking Business School in the USA. He has more than 20 years of diverse and wide-ranging experiences in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Information Technologies and Export Resources Management. With his direction, Sterling Tools Limited achieved increased export of its products to major European nations and to the USA. His forward-thinking attitude has given STL the engagement with a robust IT infrastructure as a strategic tools for growth.

Dr. Triloki Nath KapoorIndependent Director

Dr.Triloki Nath Kapoor holds a doctorate in Commerce and is an established educator and researcher in management with professional experience of 51 years in administration and management. He has held positions as the Vice Chancellor and Dean of Punjab University, Chandigarh and has also worked in senior management positions at various times.

Mr. Chhotu Ram SharmaIndependent Director

Mr. Chhotu Ram Sharma is a banker by profession and he has more than 40 years of experience in the banking segment. He began his career with Citi Bank in 1964; in 1978, he joined Oriental Bank of Commerce and worked in various capacities. In 2000, he became the Executive Director of Andhra Bank. He worked with Bank of Punjab Limited from 2002 t0 2005 as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Malini SudIndependent Director

Ms. Malini Sud is an advocate by profession and a Member of Bar Council of Delhi. She currently practices as Senior Partner of Khaitan Sud & Partners, New Delhi. She comes with a vast 35-year experience as a Law Practitioner in corporate litigation as well as all civil matters, arbitration, restructuring, mergers, demergers, acquisitions, general corporate advisory and criminal matters related to economic offences. She has been associated with a number of big corporates as Jagatjit Industries Ltd., DLF Group, Eros Group, Sony India, Hero Group and many others in the capacity of Legal Consultant/Advisor for corporate and commercial matters including arbitration and litigation.

Shri Jaideep WadhwaNON-EXECUTIVE NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Shri Jaideep Wadhwa, aged 63 years, is an MBA from University of Virginia and is having more than 30+ years of industry experience with 20+ years as Executive Director, CEO, Managing Director or President. Worked in Machinery, Auto & Industrial Component and Packaging industries as well as in Private Equity. His experience spans in growth, operational improvements, new business model development, acquisitions & integration and turnarounds.

Mr.Rahoul Kabir BhandariNON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Shri Rahoul Kabir Bhandari, aged 57 years who is professionally qualified person in the stream of Mechanical Engineering from MIT USA. Mr. Bhandari is a dynamic entrepreneur and have an experience over 30 years in automobile industry, have good knowledge and hold over the business. Mr. Bhandari is the promoter of “Padmini Group” and has been Managing Director since the date of incorporation. Shri Bhandari is a member on the Board of various companies, which include Padmini VNA Mechatronics Pvt Ltd, Padmini VNA Emission Control System Pvt Ltd, Padmini VNA Securities Pvt Ltd, Padmini, Quadsun Solar Pvt Ltd, Padmini Diesel Emission Control Pvt Ltd and Clear Drive India Pvt Ltd. As on date, he does not hold any shares of the Company.

Shri Shailendra SwarupNON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Shri Shailendra Swarup, aged 75 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and is also a law graduate. He is a Corporate Lawyer and has also been practicing as an Advocate in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court for over 54 years. Shri Shailendra Swarup is a Director of JK Paper Limited, Jagran Prakashan Limited, GFL Limited, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, Bengal & Assam Company Limited, Subros Limited, Inox Infrastructure Ltd., Dev Valley Devcon Pvt. Ltd., Vis Legis Consult Pvt. Ltd., Kangaroo Properties and Services Pvt. Ltd., The India Thermit Corporation Ltd.He is also Member of the Audit Committee of Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd., The India Thermit Corporation Ltd., Inox Infrastructure Ltd.

He is also a Director of Eros International Plc, and is a member of its Audit Committee. Shri Swarup was a Member of the Task Force on Corporate Governance constituted by the Confederation of Indian Industry. He was a member of Ganguly Committee constituted by the Reserve Bank of India in the year 2002 on Corporate Governance of public sector Banks and financial institution with particular emphasis of role of Independent Directors.

Shri Akhill AggarwalNON-EXECUTIVE NON-INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Shri Akhill Aggarwal, has over 9 years of experience in the field of automobile business and other allied services related to automobile sector. He is bachelor’s in economics from University of Richmond. He is designated as Board Member on Sterling group Companies.

Shri Akhill Aggarwal is elder son of Shri Anil Aggarwal, Managing Director of the Company, and hold 6,60,000 shares of the Company.

Mr. Rakesh BatraNON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Shri Rakesh Batra, aged 64 years, with an extensive experience of over 30 years in both corporate and consulting roles, working with Indian and Multinational clients.

He had done his B.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur, MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and then had done MBT-Business & Technology from UNSW.
