We strongly support and motivate our employees. Several popular events are organized every year such as the Annual Sports Day and Outdoor Recreation Tours. Awards given in special recognition of our employeesâ€™ performance are the Long Service Award and Attendance Award.
Our programs for environment and safety awareness in the past have included Tree Plantation Drives, Safety Pledge during Safety Week and International Ozone Day. Awards related to Safety and Environment, are also given to employees as part of our incentive to participate in holistic concerns. We also conduct fire safety drills and workshops for fire safety awareness.
